Love this company! We had our driveway replaced with pavers three years ago and added a small walkway to side of house with a small patio at the back with pavers. Everyone in this company including office workers, installation guys, Carlos & Jeremy are all great to work with. Carlos came out to our house when the pavers were being installed to check with us & make sure everything was good with our installation. These guys are attentive, professional & pay attention to detail. Jeremy was our main contact & he is very good at responding if you have any questions or concerns. We had Carlos Pavers install the pavers for our backyard courtyard two years ago, and they did an amazing and very professional job. Recently, we contacted them again to repair a few pavers that had shifted due to tree growth, as well as to pressure wash and seal the entire area. Once again, they exceeded our expectations!

Jeremy and his crew were professional, punctual, detail-oriented, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Hired Carlos Pavers in Summer 2025 for a new wider paver driveway and pavers along side the house to replace the old 2 car concrete drive. This all was to coincide with my whole front yard being graded and new sod. Jeremy, Jim and owner Carlos were all great to deal with and their finished product speaks for itself. I had absolutely no issues from start to finish and the price was the price quoted with no funny business.
A year later now and they were installing a driveway for my neighbor I asked them to give me a price on resending and resealing my driveway. Jim and Jeremy looked at it and said that the sealer should have lasted longer and they would re-do it at no cost to me. They even found a spot that had settled a bit over the year and they sent a tech to repair it before it was re-sealed. Now that’s Professional Service !!!
There still are some good honest businesses out there !!!

Carlos Pavers came out quickly to provide an estimate and despite a hurricane, they installed pavers in a large storage area under our condo. They were understanding of limited parking and completed the paving in one day. The next working day they completed the sealing. This is a letter of recommendation for The best Pool Company out there Carlos, Pavers & Pools who made our dreams come true. With Eng. Plans Inc, who did a cad rendition of what we had envisioned and brought it to life. From the very first contact with Jim Atwell our salesman to the site forman Jeremy and everyone who worked on our pool made this construction project an incredible experience. When we were getting estimates on what was a total remodel of our pool as well as adding a spa and a sun shelf. We had a few revisions and they did it without problem and charged us a fair amount. From the end of February to swimming in the pool on May 27th. Every step along the way from plumbing, chipping the old surface off, excavating , tile work, pool finish and feature wall was done quickly and professionally. The workers were kind and polite and did anything I asked them to do. They showed up early and put in 10 to 12 hour days. Our Oasis turned out better than I ever thought it could be and well within the time frame. There were no surprises with the final bill. Thank you Carlos Pavers & Pools and Eng. I contacted a number of companies in an attempt to get this work accomplished, but Carlos Pavers were the only ones that didn’t decline the job, saying that it was too small. Within a couple of days of my initial call Jeremy Jolly, their estimator, stopped by to look at the job and work out a price. A day or so later I received their proposal but felt I needed to add a couple of items to it. The very next day Mr. Jolly emailed me back saying that my needs would be attended to at no additional cost. That was on Friday and the following Monday their installer, I believe he spells his name Tasin, was on the job with all materials and equipment. During the entire evolution I found everyone that I talked with at Carlos Pavers to be polite, courteous and extremely helpful. The installer did an outstanding job, was very meticulous in his work, extremely accommodating, and very careful of adjacent structures and other objects in the yard. Our project included site prep, base material and concrete pavers. It also included labor, sand and setting materials, and the installation of new pavers to match existing to fill in the triangle (approximately 8.5’ x 11’) between the existing pavers and the walkway. All work was accomplished in less than a day including clean-up. My wife and I would have no problem in hiring Carlos Pavers for additional work if the need should arise. - 5/20/2024
